Please view all photos for condition <br>The clear case does have a dull area above the blue car. I tried to take a photo of it (see last photo). There are some scratch marks on there too leading me to believe that the previous owner scratched off the price tag. <br>Labeled as new as it is unopened. Cars are still attached to the case. The elastic has broken a bit due to the age (see second to last photo).<br><br>Packaging is not in perfect shape. See photos for reference. <br>I am selling these for an elderly friend. They have not been stored in the most ideal conditions (in storage).
